Hwee Lin Group is a Pasadena-based real estate practice serving Pasadena, San Marino, and the surrounding communities. Greg Hwee
Greg Hwee works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout San Marino, Pasadena, and the surrounding communities. Born in Alhambra and raised in San Marino, he brings a lifelong understanding of the San Gabriel Valley and the qualities that shape a home’s long-term value.
Greg’s approach to real estate begins with understanding the property, the market, and what matters most to the people involved. He helps sellers determine how best to prepare and position their homes, develops a strategy around their priorities, and personally manages the work required to bring that strategy to life. When working with buyers, he provides clear guidance on value, condition, location, and long-term considerations so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
His 22 years of professional experience spanning real estate, management, business development, hospitality, and healthcare have strengthened his ability to coordinate complex projects, anticipate challenges, and guide people through important decisions. Greg is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and holds a master’s degree in Aging Services Management from USC and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
Outside of real estate, Greg supports community initiatives centered on human connection and enjoys architecture, design, music, and time in nature.
Diana Lin
Diana Lin is a third-generation real estate broker with 10 years of experience in selling, buying, and managing properties throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. A native of San Gabriel Valley and a proud alumna of San Marino High School, Diana brings a unique blend of experiences to her real estate practice, including over 15 years of expertise in luxury hospitality management and residential interior design.
Outside of real estate, Diana remains engaged in her passions for design and service to others through community involvement. In moments of relaxation, she indulges in episodes of Architectural Digest's Open Door and Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, and enjoys exploring nearby parks with her husband and two young daughters.
