Born in Alhambra and raised in San Marino, he brings a lifelong understanding of the San Gabriel Valley, its neighborhoods, and the qualities that shape a home’s long-term value.

Greg’s approach to real estate is grounded in careful preparation and execution. He helps sellers position their homes effectively, manages the details required to bring a property to market, and develops strategies based on the home, the market, and the seller’s priorities. When working with buyers, he provides clear guidance on value, condition, location, and long-term considerations so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

His 22 years of experience across real estate, management, business development, hospitality, and healthcare have strengthened his ability to coordinate complex projects, anticipate challenges, and guide people through decisions. He is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and holds a master’s degree in Aging Services Management from USC and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC San Diego.

Outside of real estate, Greg supports intergenerational community initiatives and enjoys architecture, design, music, and time in nature.
